Tickets & Admission

All tickets can be purchased upon your visit from the Crewe Heritage Centre Booking Office. We currently accept payments by Cash, Credit and Debit Cards. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payments by cheque, we apologise for any inconvenience. All admission prices are a guide and may be subject to change, The Crewe Heritage Centre may offer reduced admission if attraction availability is limited, prices may also be raised or lowered for special events. Please note that last admission to the Heritage Centre is granted at 15:30 (times may vary for Special Events).

Lost Property

If you lose any items during your day out, we are committed to do everything we can to reunite you with your property. When you report lost property to us we need to know a few things about your item (If applicable); The type of item, Brand, Size, and any distinct features about your item. We will hold items of lost property for a minimum of 6 months, with the exception of Credit and Debit Cards which will be securly destroyed on site.

The Heritage Centre reserves the right to dispose of any lost property after the initial six month period. If you have lost an item during your visit please use the contact form above and a member of our team will be in contact with you promptly.
